Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of a two-story high school. The building consists of concrete block masonry construction with ceramic tile roof. Approximately 50% of the floors are covered by VFT, 40% were VFS, and 10% were carpet. Approximately 80% of the ceiling is covered by ACT, 10% is gypsum board and joint compound, and 10% is plaster. Approximately 80% of the interior walls are plaster, 20% covered by gypsum board and joint compound. ACM was identified in: Thermal System Insulation (TSI) around pipes beneath the auditorium, TSI around pipes in the storage room, TSI associated with an inactive chimney in the cleaning storage room. A Site Reuse Plan was entered as a Supplemental Assessment and was completed on 08/31/2021.
