Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was acquired by the City of Ypsilanti through tax foreclosure in 1938. Since the City's acquisition, the subject property was been used for various recreational purposes (i.e., park, Boys & Girls Club) until approximately 2016 and currently consists of vacant land. The City of Ypsilanti is working on the redevelopment of the property.
