The Subject Site has historically been agricultural land until it's development as
an automobile and boat repair shop in 1987. No staining was observed on the
concrete slab inside the maintenance garage, around the two used oil tanks on
the exterior of the building, or in the rear of the building around the empty drums
stored onsite.
Given this facility has operated as a small repair shop for over 30 years, there
is some risk to the Subject Site. However, the risk is extremely low.
