Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located northeast to east of the intersection of Holly Springs Avenue and Maury Street. The property borders the Maury and Mt. Olivet Cemeteries to the east and south, respectively, and is surrounded by predominately light industrial businesses to the north, west, and southwest with several (5) residential properties to the north, northeast along Maury Street. The entrance is located at 3060 Maury Street.

The subject property consists of four City of Richmond parcels:
