Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property was developed as an approximately 140-acre agricultural field. Most of the Property was covered in a crop of soybeans with scattered areas of bare soil. Agricultural developments and stormwater retention basins adjoined to the north, agricultural developments adjoined to the east and south, and commercial and residential developments adjoined the west. An industrial development was located to the northeast. County Road 300 North bordered the Property to the north, North 100 East bordered to the east, North Reed Road (IN-931) bordered to the southwest, and North 50 East bordered to the west.
