Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was a mixture of residential and commercial development as early as 1900. Approximately between the 1950's through the 1980's, the Subject Property was used for commercial purposes, including a gasoline filling station, shoe repair shop, auto services, and a dance studio. A Clocktower structure occupied the eastern half of the Subject Property since approximately the early 1980's. All the structures on the Subject Property were demolished by 2016 and replaced with grass lawns.
