Additional Property Attributes

The Property is located at 85 West Ocean Avenue, is 0.65 acres in size, and is comprised of a single Clark County tax parcel (17919503002). The Property is paved, but no structures are present. The Property is zoned Downtown Public. Surrounding sites include Basic Water Company water storage reservoirs to the east, vacant land owned by Basic Water Company and East Van Wagenen Street to the South, McCaw Elementary School to the west across West Ocean Avenue, and a mix of residential and commercial sites to the North. No improvements were made to the Property until 2001 when asphalt pavement was installed across the entire Property. Modular office trailers were then brought onto the Property and remained until 2005.
Operations on the Property since 2005 have included only temporary parking/storage of equipment/vehicles. The assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the Property.
