Additional Property Attributes

The 28.1-acre Site consists of three buildings constructed for manufacturing and warehouse activities associated with molding of aluminum for suspension and brake components for the automotive industry. The Site was initially developed around 1957 by Bohn Aluminum Corporation for the manufacture of aluminum billets and later produced castings such as flywheel housings, blower housings, oil pans and covers for diesel engines and drive train systems. Citation Corp. acquired the Bohn Aluminum Corp. in 1996, filed for bankruptcy in September 2004, and filed again in March 2007. The Site has been vacant since 2008.
