Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical documents, the Site has been developed since at least 1913 when Sanborn Fire
Insurance Maps depict the property with a two-story commercial building used as a saloon and meat facility
and possibly a portion of the property was a restaurant. It was most recently used as a bar/tavern and for
residential purposes on the upper floor. It has been vacant since 2019. The 2021 128(a) investigation did not detect any
contaminants at the site which required additional assessment or cleanup.
