Additional Property Attributes

Part of a former landfill that was parceled off. Several investigations in recent history at this site and adjacent properties have documented petroleum contamination of groundwater and soil. Redevelopment plans call for a debris management area, yard waste recycling, and potential WTE plant. Currently the new owner will not be disturbing site soil for operations. No plan at this time for additional cleanup.
