Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of 0.2187 acres of vacant land located at the southwest corner of NE 16th Street and N. Missouri Avenue, in a historically developed residential and commercial area dating back to the early 1900s. The historic automotive repair facility is located adjacent to the northeast.
The Phase II ESA report indicates that the Chemicals of Concern identified in the soil sample from boring DP-3 fall well below EPA Screening Levels in Residential Soils. The report recommended no further investigation at the time.
