Property Highlights

There are 5 interconnected buildings and a large metal canopy located on Property. There is currently a trailer and equipment under the canopy for the Cherokee Nation High Voltage Lineman Training. There are 9 electric poles located east and south of the canopy which are also used for the Lineman Training.

There is a gravel drive with some parking areas around the buildings and canopy. The interconnected buildings will be demolished prior to redevelopment. Several individuals have owned the Property over the past several years. The Property was sold to Cherokee Nation Enterprises, Cherokee Nation Businesses and Cherokee Nation in 2016.

Future use for the Property will include Cherokee Nation Tribal facilities.
