Additional Property Attributes

Site developed in 1940s as a laundromat and dry cleaner and operated thought he late 1990s/early 2000s. State registered as a storage tank site with dry cleaning solvent tank. No assessment data was foudn for the dry cleaner. Site building was demolished in early 2000 and has remained vacant since them. Site is at edge of large agricultural area (predominantly sugarcane) in operation since at least the 1930s which has impacted soil (pesticides) at other sites adjoining the agricultural area. Onsite dry cleaner use is a REC. Offsite agricultural use is a REC
