The property is located in an area of Manchester that includes residential and commercial uses. The Property is developed with one U shaped building which houses a residential apartment on the east and commercial uses in the southern and northwestern wings. The commercial buildings leach field is located within the U. The property also houses a dilapidated pole barn to the north of the residential portion of the building. The current Property building layout was completed circa 1962.
The new owner had renovated the residential unit creating 2 units of workforce housing. Repairs are planned for the commercial portion of the building.
