Additional Property Attributes

The applicant purchased the property to redevelop into affordable housing. The applicant is working with ECHO (Ending Community Homelessness Coalition) to provide housing for persons & households experiencing homelessness. All 34 units will provide housing for households at or below 50% MFI. 100% residential with usage of either a residential unit or a converted laundry facility for residents to receive services on-site.
The two multifamily buildings on-site were built in 1971, which are aging and in need of maintenance updates. Lead-based paint and asbestos surveys identified regulated building materials present in the buildings. Following the survey, the applicant requested a cleanup plan to manage the materials in place, to assist on-site maintenance staff. The cleanup plan outlines where the materials are located and how the on-site maintenance staff can safely manage regulated building materials during routine operations & maintenance.
