Additional Property Attributes

Prior to 1911, the Property appears to have been undeveloped. From sometime between 1911 and 1928 to circa 1974, the Property was utilized as a street car barn and garage. Westmoreland County Railway Company maintained ownership of the Property until 1940 and Chestnut Ridge Transportation Company from 1940 to 1974. The Property then served as an automotive/truck repair facility (as Ralph T. Smith & Sons Inc.), with a mobile home dealership office located at the front of the building. Currently the Property is vacant.
