Additional Property Attributes

According to historical records, the Subject Property was first developed for residential purposes, and later for commercial and industrial uses. Historic operations included a 50-car automotive garage, a filling station, an auto salvage and junk yard, and a chemical company. Currently, this Subject Property is vacant.The historical use of the Subject Property for an auto, electric, and battery service station; an auto wrecking and junk yard; a filling station; and as a chemicals company are considered RECs due to their potential to release contaminants into the environment. Additionally, the presence of underground storage tanks with no removal records is considered an REC due to their potential to release petroleum into the subsurface.

Future uses have yet to be determined and are awaiting further assessment when funding becomes available.
