Additional Property Attributes

Prior to 1938, the Property was vacant undeveloped land potentially used for agriculture. In 1938, two
residences and associated garages, a barn, and a hobby stable were constructed on the west-central
portion of the Property. In 1952, a residence was built on the north-central portion of the Property. Each
of the residences has a septic system. The three residences and associated outbuildings remain as of the
date of publication of this report. The remainder of the Property is vacant land that has not been
developed.
