Additional Property Attributes

Home of the former Spero Electric Corp. manufacturing facility, the site was razed in 2014 and converted into a C&D debris recycling facility. The operation of the site rapidly became a public nuisance and was closed down by the Ohio EPA, which then spent over $9M in the cleanup. Assessment activities were carried out on behalf a of potential developer. The decision to move forward with this development is pending as of December 2021. Jobs Ohio may be pursuing for re-use.
