Additional Property Attributes

This property operated originally as a gas station/garage/car wash and later as a machining and molding operation. The property has been idle for over 10 years. There is confirmed contamination from artificial fill on a property immediately to the west, therefore artificial fill contamination is suspected on this property. Additionally, historic operations as suspected to have possibly contaminated the property. The City works regularly with the owner and potential buyers to purchase and redevelop this property. This property is located in a commercial area (near a bank, grocery store, and restaurants) and future similar commercial redevelopment of this property is anticipated.
