Additional Property Attributes

The property formerly included two separate parcels that contained commercial development until all remaining structures were demolished circa 2011. Past uses included a copy shop, antique shop, and tax office. The City recently received a concept plan for future commercial redevelopment.

The Phase I ESA recommended further investigation based on the presence of several off-site RECs. The City does not expect to conduct a Phase II ESA based on the current property owner's decision to move redevelopment forward.
