Additional Property Attributes

Since the 1940s/1950s, the 8-acre Property use has been commercial. There are four buildings on the Property that are occupied by 16 businesses, including churches, restaurants, hair salons, and other commercial uses. A dry-cleaning business has been located at the Property since at least 1958. Sampling conducted in 2022 identified contaminants present in soil vapor, indoor air, and soil at levels that exceed applicable levels.
