The study area follows W Judge Perez Drive in St. Bernard Parish from Guerengeh Canal approx. 2.1 miles east to Paris Road, and continues 1.8 miles north along Paris Road. The Study Area consists of approximately 618 acres and is comprised of a mixed urban use including commercial, industrial, residential, and vacant / abandoned properties.
