Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document the northern portion of the property was developed prior to 1937 for agricultural use and the remainder historically consisted of vacant land. Agricultural activities ceased and a significant portion of the property was filled in the 1970s and 1980s with fill material which contained plastic, brick, glass, asphalt, metal, clay tile, and concrete. A utility easement for overhead power lines was developed across the southeastern portion between 1967 and 1972. Equipment and/or truck staging was present in the northern portion in the early-1980s and a small shed was present in the western portion between at least 1987 and 1993, which was demolished between 1993 and 1997. Filling activities appear to have ceased between 1987 and 1993, and the property has consisted of vacant land since that time.
