Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources documented the subject property was developed prior to 1937 with a commercial building in the northern portion, a portion of the current building in the southeastern portion, and a detached garage in the western portion. A western addition was constructed onto the northern building between 1940 and 1949 and onto the southeastern building in 1955. The detached garage was demolished between 1990 and 1997. PM was unable to determine the exact construction dates of the former and current buildings. According to the current owner, his family has owned the property since the 1920s, and constructed the buildings on previously vacant land sometime after purchase. He indicated the northern building was occupied by retail and/or hair salon operations from construction until demolition and the current building has been occupied by residential, retail, and/or restaurant operations since construction. Local street directories for the subject property dated between 1957 and 2017 confirmed the retail, hair salon, restaurant, and residential occupants.

No RECs were found on site.

The Developer plans to expand the market/restaurant to include mixed use.
