Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is developed with one 2,174 square foot, one-story structure reportedly constructed in 1954. The Subject Property is approximately 0.18 acres and is assigned the Nash County Parcel ID Number 011883. The Subject Property is zoned
B-1 (Business District 1) by the City of Sharpsburg Planning Department. The Subject Property was vacant during the time of the Phase I ESA site reconnaissance. Land use at the Subject Property has been confirmed by historical resources back to
1923, when the Subject Property appears to already be developed with a residential structure. At some point between 1923 and 1949, the Subject Property appears to have been razed and redeveloped with a filling station. The Subject Property was reportedly developed into its present-day configuration in 1954. The site was used as an auto repair facility since 1954, including the use of underground hydraulic lifts and at least six USTs. The site is currently owned by the heirs of Bruce O. Murray.
