Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was historically residentially developed. Two RECs were identified during the Phase I ESA, including 1) pipes observed on the property that are suspected to be related to heating oil underground storage tank(s) and 2) the potential for impacted groundwater to have migrated from the east adjoining property that has contained various soil disposal activities as early as the 1940s.
