Additional Property Attributes

The parcel is located in downtown Green Bay west of the Fox River. Since the late 1880s the site has been utilized for various commercial purposes which included: saloons, hotel, cigar factory, bicycle repair, vegetable canning storage, and retail storefronts. The parcel is occupied by a building which was reportedly constructed in 1909 and is currently divided into multiple storefronts/restaurants. The property was recently acquired by developer BFAM, LLC. The developer intends to rehab the structure and create six affordable units on the second floor and improve two commercial spaces on the ground floor. The project has secured a $250,000 grant from WEDC and a $240,000 grant from the City of Green Bay. The developer has committed to spending at least $609,034 in private funds on the project.
