Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was developed with residential dwellings on both parcels however, the house on the west parcel has been recently demolished and burned. There are two (2) dilapidated buildings located on the east parcel. One (1) building was used as a residential dwelling and the other building was used as a dog kennel. Clearing of the Property is currently being done with plans for both buildings to be demolished. Future use includes a parking lot for the local community building
