Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of two contiguous parcels of land occupying approximately 1.17 acres in
total. The subject property is developed with a 2,388-square-foot residential building constructed
in 1916 and converted to commercial office space, which is currently vacant.

The subject property was utilized for residential purposes from the
construction of the subject building in 1916 until 1979. At that time, Lou Petho operated the
subject property as an appraisal business until the late 1990s. Since that time, several medical
organizations have operated at the property, including a medical office that performed x-rays and
a retailer of scooters/stairlifts/power chairs. The subject property has been vacant since 2014.
