Additional Property Attributes

The Site is developed with a 1,200 square-foot, commercial building used for automobile repair and service. Topography at the Site slopes gently to the southwest. Groundcover consists primarily of asphalt. The Site is accessed from Main Street to the south and Church Street to the west. The Site building was constructed in approximately 1941 and is of stick-frame construction. The foundation is concrete slab The building contains two garage bays with bay doors, an office, a half bathroom, and an auto parts storage room. The roof is constructed of a rubber membrane with metal overhang trim. The Site is zoned Village Center.
