Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently used as an aircraft hangar for housing and repairing aircrafts. The property is approximately 0.25 acres in size and rectangular in shape. A metal building with concrete foundation covers the majority of the property. The building is approximately 8,205 square feet in size, and the western side of the building has a large roll-up door to allow aircraft entrance. The northeastern and southeastern boundaries are covered with grass that is well groomed. A concrete drive allowing entrance from a runway access road is located on the western portion of the subject property. Also, a concrete pad (parking area) is located on the northwestern portion of the property and extends onto the adjoining property.
Historical documents reviewed indicate the Vicksburg Municipal airport has been present since at least 1949. Although the airport was present, the property did not appear to be developed until between the years 1974 and 1989, when it was developed as an aircraft hangar. Prior to this development, historical documents indicate the subject property was either undeveloped or possibly used for agricultural purposes. The property has been used as an aircraft hangar since development, and is currently used as one now.

The current adjoining properties consist of the Vicksburg Municipal Airport to the north, west and south; a vacant property to the east; and a vacant building for sale to the southeast. The adjoining properties historically consisted of an airport to the north, west and south; property used for agricultural and residential purposes to the east; and a former commercial store to the southeast.

This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the property.
