Additional Property Attributes

the Property consisted of three parcels, totaling approximately 1.6-acres of land. The western portion was developed with an approximately 26,000 square-foot building occupied by KVK US Technologies Inc., a blow-mold plastic manufacturer and Organi-Gro, an organic fertilizer manufacturer. The eastern portion consisted of gravel-covered parking and driveways or grass-covered areas. Interior spaces consisted of warehouse and manufacturing areas, offices, a break room, and maintenance areas.
Phase I was conducted based on the manufacturing operations that required an air permit and the potential impacts associated with the historic gasoline UST, the potential exists for organic and/or inorganic compound contamination to be present in the soil and/or groundwater at the Site. Additionally, based on the age of the on-Site building, the potential exists for asbestos containing building materials and lead bearing paint to be present.
