Additional Property Attributes

Open Doors Louisiana is a nonprofit focused on affordable housing. They are working with Lafayette Consolidated Government to acquire the site through a donation through the adjudication process. Former use was commercial as offices for Broussard's Travel Construction, a business that has been defunct since 1990. The property was adjudicated in 2016 due to unpaid taxes. The site is current vacant with three abandoned structures. Future plans for the site include development as much needed affordable housing for this severely distressed neighborhood in Lafayette.
Project is on hold while the site works through the adjudication process.
