Additional Property Attributes

Property is currently vegetated and undeveloped. Improvements include a paved road on the south side of the property that runs east to west and a stormwater management pond on the east side of the property. Property is served by public water and sewer services. Property was used for residential purposes from before 1965 until after 1983 and commercial use from before 1979 until after 1983. Areas north and east of the subject property were undeveloped and forested from before 1907 until after 1973. The property previously contained a residence and a warehouse that operated as an auto salvage yard. Although operation as a salvage yard can potentially cause environmental concern, previous environmental studies on the property (two Phase II ESAs) suggest no further investigation is warranted. No RECs were identified on the subject property or adjacent properties.
