Additional Property Attributes

Based on review of historical information, a lumber mill and lumber storage warehouse existed on the northern portion of the Property as well as a warehouse on the western portion, from at least 1938 until at least 1966. During this time two companies (non-overlapping) operated under the names R.J. Corlett & Sons Inc. Lumber-Coal & Mill Work, and Meissner Lumber Co. Lumber-Coal & Mill Work. Between 1966 and 1976 the mill and the warehouse were razed, and the lumber storage/warehouse building remained. An additional warehouse building was constructed on the Property in 1979. From 1979 to 2021 the Property has served as a storage area for the south adjoining business, Enprotech.
