Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical information, from at least 1913 to 1972 up to 17 residential houses were located along the northern, western, and southern portions of the Property. A church occupied the southwest portion of the Property (1028 Hillsdale Street) from at least 1913 to 1955, is razed by 1963, and a new church building is constructed at 1020 W. Hillsdale in 1963 (Union Baptist Church). The majority of the houses are gradually razed between 1972 and 2005 and are either converted to paved parking or remain undeveloped. The church, last remaining house and garage (1006/1008 W. Hillsdale) and pavement are removed between 2007 and 2009; the Property has been undeveloped since at least 2009.
