Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 0.95 acres of land developed with one structure, a former a truck repair shop. The remaining portions of the Property were covered with patches of concrete and gravel parking lot. Vacant land surrounded the Property. The Clinton River bordered the Property to the north. The Property was agricultural land from at least 1940 to 1963, when it was developed with a truck repair shop. A truck repair shop operated on the Property from 1963 to the time of the 2020 Phase l ESA and 2021 update. In the mid-1960s, aerial photographs depicted soil disturbances on the southeastern portion of the Property.
