Additional Property Attributes

According to a city of Milwaukee historical check, the site was first developed as a factory in 1903. A 1937 Sanborn map shows Wisconsin Foundry Co. operating at the property. A 1951 Sanborn map identifies The T.L. Smith Co. operating a machine shop on the property until at least 1969. Speaker Sortation Systems operated at the property from 1975 to 1980. From 1980 to 1985 the property housed Milwaukee Sandblasting and a construction company. Broxton Tire Service & Sales, as well as Milwaukee Recycle Rubber appears to have operated at the property. Based on aerial photographs the property is currently utilized for outdoor storage including used tires and vehicles.
