Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was developed prior to 1910 with six residential dwellings and associated outbuildings. Four dwellings and associated outbuildings were demolished when the northern portion of the current building was constructed in 1926. An addition was constructed to the southern portion in 1927. The remaining dwellings and outbuildings were demolished between the 1940s and 1960s, and the eastern portion has been utilized for parking since that time. The current building was occupied by a steel warehouse from construction until 1957; a welding and stamping factory manufacturing automotive parts from 1957 to 1987; a wheel and rim fabrication shop from at least 1990 to 1997; and was unoccupied until 1999. Operations since 1999 have consisted of cutting, welding, powder coating and painting wrought iron.
