Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of Bonneville County tax lot RPA00008088628 owned by Habitat for Humanity Idaho Falls Area, Inc. The Property is a rectangular shaped parcel of land located approximately 800 feet west of the Idaho Canal and on Highway 26 (North Yellowstone Highway). The Property consists of a two-story commercial retail building with one attached and one detached garage. The adjacent sites are primarily commercial in use. Historical records indicate that the Property was first developed in 1963 with the two-story building, attached garage, and detached garage to the east. The building was previously used as an animal feed store but is currently operated as a retail secondhand store and office space. No REC was found in connection with the Property. This site was used for collateral for the Habitat for Humanity site project.
