Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.2 acres of land developed with an approximately 2,000 square-foot, dry cleaning operation. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking. The area to the north consisted of residential development, a bus stop, and paved parking lot, the area to the east consisted of commercial development, the area to the south consisted of a paved parking lot, and the area to the west consisted of a parking garage. The Property was serviced by DTE for electrical service and natural gas, and the City of Ypsilanti municipal utilities for water, sanitary sewer, and storm water services. Stormwater in the area flowed overland to adjoining roadways. A Property Features Diagram (Figure 2) was developed from the observations and/or historical information collected during conduct of this Phase I ESA.
