Property Highlights

The Site comprises a 1.56-acre parcel developed with an approximately 1,200 square-foot wood-framed cape house, a barn of unknown square footage, and a gazebo. The Site house was built in 1858 and the Site and surrounding land was used for farming practices. The Site is not currently in use. The community has raised concern over the equipment and materials used for farming practices that has been used and stored in the barn. There is also anecdotal concern about a possible UST near the barn. Based on this information, unknown mechanical fluids and petroleum, and due to the age of the site buildings, hazardous building/maintenance materials as well as a possible UST could pose a risk to environmental media at the Site.
