Additional Property Attributes

Northern Parcels:
The property was occupied by Dutch's Restaurant from at least 1950 until 1960 and was demolished between 1960 and 1963. This parcel was redeveloped with a gasoline service station between 1960 and 1963, which operated until approximately 1990. The associated USTs were removed in 1992 and the former building was demolished in 1996. This parcel has consisted of vacant land since 1996.

Southern Parcels:
The property has been occupied by a service garage, fuel dispenser, and shed. This parcel was occupied by gasoline dispensing operations between at least 1946 and the mid-1970s and was occupied by automotive servicing operations from 1946 until 2001. The property is a former LUST.

The future property owner and developer intends to demolish the existing structures to create a mixed-use development, featuring residential and commercial space.
