Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document the property consisted of vacant land from at least 1937 until between 1974 and 1980, when it was developed with a paved parking lot associated with the south and west adjoining property. A drive through/canopy area of a former bank building was constructed in the southeastern portion in 1977 and was demolished between 2017 and 2020 and the former parking lot was removed between 2020 and 2021. The property has been utilized for construction equipment staging since at least 2020, associated with development activities on the south and west adjoining property.

No recognized environmental conditions were identified in association with the property.

A developer intends to build two commercial buildings totaling 13,096 square feet, with two drive-thrus.
