Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently developed and being used for City of Norfolk general municipal purposes. The Armory building is being used as a storage facility for roadway salt. The garage is currently being used as a storage facility for records of the Norfolk Circuit Court. The parking lot is being used as a storage area for a concrete monument pedestal and for plastic roadway barricades. Historical uses of the site include the construction of an armory in 1955 for the US Federal Government. The property was donated to the City in 2006.
