Additional Property Attributes

At the time of reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 2-acres of land developed with an office and warehouse building with parking areas west and north of the building. The remainder of the Property consisted of landscaped areas. Industrial developments surrounded the Property to the east, west, and south. Vacant, vegetated land was located to the north. Kay Industrial Drive adjoined the Property to the east.
