Additional Property Attributes

The parent parcel inclusive of the subject property was developed prior to 1924 with a foundry building, welding/grinding building, and associated outbuildings. Portions of the foundry building were demolished between 1941 and 1951, and an electrocoating/manufacturing building was constructed in the western portion in 1936, with additions constructed in 1951 and 1952. Associated outbuildings and additions to connect portions of the foundry and electrocoating/manufacturing buildings were constructed and demolished at various times between 1924 and 1997. The electrocoating/manufacturing building was damaged in a fire in 2005 and was demolished in 2010. The parent parcel has consisted of vacant land since 2010, with limited exterior storage of wooden crane matts from 2019 to 2021. Former features present on the subject property included a welding/grinding building from prior to 1924 to between 1937 and 1941, rail spurs at various times from prior to 1924 to between 1972 and 1981, and a portion of the electrocoating/manufacturing building from at least 1952 to 2010.
