Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site was first developed as a school for Pipe Creek Township sometime
in the late 1950's. The school corporation owned and operated the school until around
1999 when the property was sold to the Jesus Apostolic Church in Peru. The church
sold the property to Vohne Liche Kennels, LLC, who operated the Subject Site as a
K9 training facility from 2004 to 2021. The Subject Site is currently owned by Vohne
Liche Kennels, LLC. The Subject Site has remained vacant since the dog kennel was
closed.
Environmentally significant information pertaining to the Subject Site found during the
course of this investigation includes the former presence of a heating oil tank situated on the east side of the building
near the boiler room.
