Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Site operated historically as a commercial newspaper printing and office space from 1981, previously the Subject Site had various commercial storefronts and a gas station around 1948 to 1960. The Subject Site has remained vacant since the 2000s.

Environmentally significant information pertaining to the Subject Site found during the course of this investigation includes:

* The western portion of the Subject Site, where the parking lot is now, operated historically as a gas station from approximately 1948 to 1960.
* The Subject Site has operated as a printing facility, and office space from approximately 1981 to present day. The Subject Site has since been vacant since the 2000s.
* A historical dry cleaner was identified adjoining the Subject Site to the southwest, located along W. 3rd Street.
* Historical activity of USTs both on the Subject Site and on adjoining properties were identified using EDR.
* Historical evidence of a past chlorinated solvent plume adjoining the Subject Site upgradient, to the northeast, located along S. Broadway Street
